Caring for an adult with a long term neurological condition
King's College, London have been commissioned by the Department of Health to carry out a study across the UK aimed at carers who are caring for an adult with a long term neurological condition. The study aims to find out whether these carers can get the respite/replacement care services they need in order to have more freedom outside their caring role. They also want to know about people's past experiences of this type of care and what, in their view, a 'five star' service would be like.
You can find out more about the study and how to participate by reading their information sheet (Adobe/PDF, 327KB).
